I am a homegrown Wisconsinite.
I grew up in Kiel, Wisconsin and graduated from Kiel High School in 1981. I competed in Baseball, Wrestling and Football all four years in Kiel. The combination of Team sports and an individual sport like wrestling along with role model parents, and my amazing two brothers and my sister really shaped me. I continued my post education at MATC Milwaukee with an Associate Degree in Marketing and Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Lakeland University.
My fun, supportive and loving wife Lori and I married in 1988, and I am commissioner of her Fantasy Football League of 12 local women for 11 years! Lori and I settled into the Lake Country area 32 years ago. We are proud parents of 3 young ladies Taylor (30), Payton (26) and Greta (24) who are beautiful inside and out. Our daughters all enjoyed growing up in the Village of Hartland from little girls through college. We have now resided in the Village of Hartland for 24 years.
Recently in 2019 I joined the local Hartland Sons of the American legion(SAL), and I am proud to be a part of this great organization, that supports Veterans and so many more local causes. We even host a sleep out in February each year and last year were the coldest two days on record, while we raised over 40,000$ for homeless Vets.

My family has also been members at Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church for the past 25 years and our girls spent their early grade school years in Divine Redeemer School. I enjoy traveling with my wife and family, Deer Hunting with my Father, brothers and nephews every year and I participate in an (Over-35) Men’s Softball in North Lake league.
I am an Account Manager/Engineering Sales Rep. with Ellsworth Adhesives for the past 24 year and 12 years prior to that with Loctite in the same specialty chemical business. Proudly during my employment at these two companies I have accomplished Presidents Club 18 times.
One of my biggest passions has been Coaching and it’s been a blessing. Many people throughout Arrowhead and the Village know me as Coach T.
I started coaching my girls in softball and basketball in grade school and this led to a High School Coaching opportunity. In 2008, I began coaching as a new Dad to JV Girls Lacrosse at Arrowhead. Two years later, I was asked to become
the Head Coach of our
Girls Lacrosse program.
I wanted to positively impact the athletes and young ladies to become strong leaders on and off the field to their teammates and others around them. Building strong teams comes from having an incredible group of Asst. Coaches, engaging Captains and each player on the team, caring about them and pushing to get the most of each person.
I just finished my 14th season at Arrowhead proudly retiring. During 11 official seasons as Girls Head Coach we achieved 9 State Championships while winning 8 State Titles. In 2019, I was nominated an inducted into the US Lacrosse
Hall of Fame.
Its now time for my next Chapter... becoming a Village Trustee!
